The next generation SLA printer from Formlabs. The Form 4 ecosystem is incredibly fast, allowing us to prototype and produce parts in hours instead of days. We stock almost all of the engineering resins and have a local distribution partner who can deliver unstocked resins same-day. We are also a Formlabs Ambassador. Bambu Lab H2D/X1C/P1S
Bambu Lab sets the new standard for FDM 3D printing. We have the H2D, X1C, and P1S models, all equipped with the AMS material management systems. ABS, PLA, PACF, you name it, we are able to print these with high accuracy and reliability. The newer H2D model comes equipped with dual extrusion which is perfect for high accuracy, great looking parts that need soluble or breakaway support material.

Flashforge Creator 4
A large format, industrial, Independent Dual Extrusion machine (IDEX) with a heated chamber. This is a rock solid machine that can print high temp materials like Polycarbonate all day. IDEX allows two parts to be printed at the same time, multiplying output, or it can be used to print soluble and breakaway supports. The build volume is generous and very tall, allowing large high temp models to be printed that would otherwise be difficult to make.

A high quality, reliable CO2 laser cutter and engraver. We can cut a variety of materials up to 1/4’’ thick and engrave many materials including wood, plastics, metals, stone, and glass. We also have a rotary engraving tool for engraving and cutting cylindrical objects.

Vaquform DT2
Vacuum forming (a type of thermoforming) has a wide array of applications such as prototyping of packaging, plastic consumables, light diffusers and more. The Vaquform is a desktop vacuum former that’s very well designed and has a strong hybrid suction vacuum to achieve fine detailed parts. Using 3D printed molds allows one to rapidly iterate and design vacuum formed parts in days rather than weeks.

A solvent distiller used to recycle saturated IPA consumed during the SLA post-processing step. We invested in a solvent recycler for several reasons.
There is no good, environmentally friendly way to recycle IPA - we had previously paid waste treatment facilities to take our waste IPA, but found out that they just incinerate it
It allows us to reduce operating costs and reduce waste associated with packaging materials and transport
Having an in-house recycler means that we can more easily and frequently change IPA, resulting in cleaner parts for our clients
We can also recycle IPA for clients who have their own 3D printers, saving you cost and reducing your environmental footprint. Just contact us for details (we can only do this for local customers in Vancouver, Canada).
